/ Meatballs -For the People HISTORIA
Vi på Meatballs har alltid tyckt köttbullar är fantastiska. Alltså de som har serverats på krogen och av mormor. Men för ett par år sedan tog det skruv. Det började med en resa till Italien och en enorm övervikt på vägen tillbaks. Mathias hade ett stort leende och en ännu större köttbullemaskin under arm. Följande höst experim

enterades det vilt med maskin, då både Tiels jaktlycka bjöd på vilt och Peder matade in reseminnen. En del sanna och andra direkt från ljugarbänk misstänker vi. Det blev många köttbullar den hösten. Där och då föddes drömmar om ett ställe där det bara skulle serveras världens bästa köttbullar. Allt detta bottnar i en lusta för köttbullen och genuin matkultur. Men inte de avlägsna släktingar (Edit: de har inte alls i vår köttbullehistoria att göra) som huserar i våra frysdiskar. Utan kärleksfullt rullade köttbullarbullar med en historia att vara stolt över. Nu har drömmar blivit till verklighet. Bättre än i sagan tycker vi själva. För i vår butik samsas det så mycket av det vi tycker om. Så andaktsfullt, vi huserar ju i gamla kyrkolokaler, välkomnar vi er som hemma. Eller som i himmelen. Väl mött!
