It may feel like summer is coming to an end, but at Ekstedt we still have summer on the plate. One of our summer dishes is a tribute to the beautiful produce we can get this time of the year.

We are open all summer! 🔥

It is so beautiful when the light shines through our windows at Humlegårdsgatan 17. Do not miss out on visiting us this summer at Ekstedt! Reservations are now open June - August.

Our opening hours will be: Tuesday - Saturdays from 5pm.
FYI: we will be closed during midsummer holidays: 20th and 21st of June summer.

Ekstedt x Särtshöga Vingård 🥂

On Monday, May 19, we’re hosting an evening we’ve been looking forward to for a long time – a truly special food and wine experience together with our friends at Särtshöga Vingård. Their wines have had a natural place on our wine list since 2019, and now, for the first time, we have the great pleasure of welcoming them to our restaurant.

Särtshöga was founded in 2013 by Niklas and Anna Albinsson. Today, they are considered Sweden’s leading producer of sparkling wine and have played a key role in putting Swedish wine on the global map. The unique combination of the chalky soils of Östgötaslätten and their meticulous craftsmanship results in sparkling wines of absolute world-class quality.

For this evening, our head chef Florencia Abella has created a special menu where each dish is designed to complement Särtshöga’s wines – along with a few of our signature creations. You’ll also have the rare opportunity to taste wines that aren’t available anywhere else.

Set menu and wine pairing: 4500 SEK per person.
