Shake off the day and head to Stampen for some live jazz After Work with The Thursday Quartet, kick back, unwind and enjoy!

The After Work is tonight followed by the amazing all-star band Slim Gin and the Tonics!

Slim Gin and the Tonics serve up a lively, swinging mix of Chicago blues, jump blues and a healthy dose of rock’n’roll. There’s raw blues feeling, an infectious groove and the kind of energy that gets the crowd clapping along, dancing and singing!

The band members are all well-known and familiar faces from the Stockholm scene as great performers:

Wednesdays are BIG T BLUES R***E DAYS at Stampen! Which means that award-winning bluesman and singing drummer Tommy Moberg, also known as “Big T”, Tommy Moberg invites you to a session filled with authentic blues and roots music, and a bit of rock ’n’ roll , straight from the heart! ❤️‍🔥

Joining him on stage are two legends of the scene: Thomas “Mr Blue” Hammarlund on guitar and Ubbe “The Pope” Hed on double bass.✨

How about a date? On a Tuesday at eight? 🤗

Well, IT IS TUESDAY, and we’re already open from 17:00 but at 20:00 it’s time for STAMPEN JAZZ JAM TUESDAY! 🎶❤️🤩

This happens every Tuesday at eight, but no evening is ever the same!

These legendary jam sessions bring together an impressive mix of talent, from young, hungry players to seasoned veterans, all sharing the same joy of playing.

So come on down and swing with the coolest cats in town! Bring your instrument and jump in, or just drop by to enjoy the live music.

Bring your friends, colleagues, mammas and pappas 🥰 or just come as you are. All you have to do is enjoy that sweet music, performed by some of Stockholm’s and Sweden’s most talented jazz musicians. The musical level remains consistently high, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. ❤️

A big heads-up( among all the other stars visiting our stage this week ❤️ )for
ELIAS PRINZ, coming all the way from Munich to Stampen this Wednesday, August 19! 20:00 ✨ Elias Prinz

A very talented guitarist and already well established as one of Southern Europe’s new talents in the Gypsy Jazz genre, following in the footsteps of Django Reinhardt.

This is surely one night not to miss! On stage at Stampen, Elias is joined by Clas Lassbo Clas Lassbo on double bass and Edvard Hamngren on guitar.

Also, don’t miss out on TUESDAY JAZZ JAM tomorrow, and before Elias on Wednesday, BIG T BLUES R***E! Thursday means After Work with THE THURSDAY QUARTET! Friday is also After Work, followed by THE RUMKINGS! Saturday brings Blues Jam, ELECTRIC TOROS and then Disco! And on Sunday, THE ORGAN HANGOUT! A few pics from yesterday’s Blues Jam, which was a blast! Lots of heartfelt and bluesy moments. ❤️

Today, SUNDAY, it’s time for THE ORGAN HANGOUT to wrap this week up with a world-class show of live jazz and other grooves!

This trio of guitar, drums and organ creates a dynamic and rich sound, with the organ at the center, carrying both the bass lines and harmonic textures. The guitar weaves melodies and improvisations, raw and bluesy, soft and lyrical, while the drums drive the music forward with a groove that is both earthy and energetic.

In other words: three world-class musicians delivering live jazz and other grooves at the highest level, with plenty of heart!

Today’s jam is hosted by no less than Hannes Hannes Mellberg Mellberg a well-known guitarist and familiar face on the blues scene! 🤩

At 14:00 the jam session begins with performances by the house band and then the organized chaos and mesmerizing blues experience begins!

Almost anything can happen, as musicians from different backgrounds interpret the blues through the lens of their own genres: funk, jazzy soul, down-home Chicago blues, delta, country or even heavy metal.
