Nationaldagsfirande med 40-års fest 🇸🇪
Vi fick den stora äran att ordna maten till Davids födelsedagsfirande. Tre rätterslunch, 40 gäster, härligt väder och supernöjd födelsedagsbarn! Viva!

Change of seasons means that the nature gives us the opportunity to work with new amazing ingredients. It’s a gift from Mother Earth that we need to acknowledge. We are just in the beginning of the artichoke season but it’s already delicious.

Theese fellas we call “Mandarini all’Nduja”
Deep fried risotto balls filled with the Calabrian salami ‘Nduja and smoked scamorza. Served with Datterini sauce and pecorino sardo. They are available right now!

When it comes to summer in Italy our first thought is “La fritturina”.
Deep fried calamari, red shrimp, baby squid, zucchini and carrot with lemon mostarda. Salty, sweet and crunchy!
