We make wild boar and lamb sausage ourself, wild boar meatballs, reindeer taco, pork belly pancake and much more. The Hairy Pig specializes in meat dishes such as our famous home made sausages made from wild boar-, lamb-, venison-, and pork meat as well as wild boar meatballs, wild boar hamburger, pork belly and much more. We have lots of vegetables and vegetarian dishes as well. Our philosophy is

to work straight with different producers as much as it is possible without any middlemen involved. We pick up the meat for our dishes directly from a local family farm. We have a strong passion and interest for cooking with quality ingredients, wildlife and nature.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmakers Alex Emanuel and Donna Blackburn, together with Kurt Zdesar and Jordan Sclare, the renowned team behind restaurant groups Chotto Matte, Ping Pong and Nobu London, for a very special day of filming.

It was a privilege to share our passion for Swedish wild game and our story behind what we do every day.
