A coffee whose name is as unforgettable as the cup.

Lord Voldemort is an exceptional anaerobic washed Wush Wush from our long-standing producing partner Deiro Garcia in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia.

Following a carefully controlled 40-hour anaerobic fermentation at 16°C, the coffee is washed and slowly dried for 18–24 days. The result is intensely expressive, yet beautifully clean and composed.

Expect sparkling wild strawberry and jasmine in the aroma, followed by orange marmalade and cranberry juice in the cup. A structured, elegant texture leads to a clean Earl Grey finish with lingering bergamot and tea.

We are now open in two locations in Stockholm.

At Engelbrektsplan 2, you’ll find us inside the Singular Society Flagship—serving carefully selected coffees in the heart of the city.

At our showroom and roastery in Frihamnen, we are introducing a new menu with more competition coffees available as pour overs, a newly composed coffee flight, and our first signature beverage: Solstice.

Two different Standout experiences. The same commitment to selecting and serving exceptional coffee.

Tomorrow, we reopen the doors to our showroom and coffee bar in Frihamnen.

Over the past weeks, we’ve refined the space, reworked the menu and thought carefully about how we want people to experience Standout Coffee here.

At the centre of the new menu is Solstice, our new signature beverage, alongside a newly composed coffee flight featuring three distinct coffees selected to show just how broad and remarkable coffee can be.

You’ll also find sparkling espressos, exceptionally sweet cappuccinos and a rotating selection of some of the rarest coffees in our collection.

New opening hours:

Thursday–Friday: 09:00–16:00
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00–15:00

Next Thursday, August 20, we reopen our showroom in Frihamnen.

Over the past weeks, we have been quietly reshaping the space—restoring the walls, upgrading the bar and removing everything that no longer needed to be there.

The result feels more like Standout than ever. Minimal yet vibrant. Rough yet luxurious. A place built around exceptional coffee, without distraction.

This is where we sample roast, taste and select our coffees. It is where much of Standout begins, and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

Hacienda La Papaya / CafExporto Washed Gesha by Juan Peña, Ecuador on espresso until it runs out 🤙

In the cup, it is elegant and expressive, with white florals, jasmine, tropical fruit and ripe stone fruit carried by cane sugar sweetness and a bright citrus structure. The profile is clean, layered and transparent, but with more depth of fruit than many washed Geshas of this style.

Every coffee begins long before it reaches our roastery.

It begins at the cupping table.

This is where we spend countless hours tasting coffees from every corner of the world. Sometimes we cup dozens of lots to choose just one. Not because the others aren’t good, but because we’re looking for something that stays with us. A coffee that tells a story, represents a producer at their very best, and deserves a place in the Standout collection.

We don’t believe our job is simply to roast coffee.

Our job is to select it.

Every coffee we release reflects a decision. A judgment. A belief that this particular lot belongs among the finest coffees we can share with you.

That commitment is what guides every purchase we make, every producer we return to, and every box or jar that leaves our roastery.

Pacamara is a variety with presence, but the finest examples are defined by balance rather than power.

We selected this washed lot from Luis Anibal Calderon because it allows the variety to speak without distraction.

White florals, ripe peach, yellow plum and apricot, carried by structured sweetness and a clean finish.
