från ärliga råvaror. Vår meny omfattar ungefär 10 serveringar och kostar 1300 kr. Självklart anpassar vi oss efter allergier

Petri team is growing. We are looking for an assistant sommelier to join the team. You have the attentiveness of fine dining service but like to work in a relaxed and personal way.

You are joining a team that loves spontaneity and creativity, working with a menu that changes several times a month. You will be assisting the head sommelier curating and taking care of a beautiful wine list created around European craftsmanship and small producers. You will be a part of the core team that creates the hospitality experience, giving service and guiding the guests through out the evening. It’s a 75% role with possibilities of full time.

A clip from a little film about Petri that we are working on together with and .film.photography. Running a restaurant is lot about showing up every day and dedicating yourself to cook the best food and give the best service you can. We are only as good as our latest dinner and in a way it’s a bit like starting over each day.

Turning five years this year is a big deal for us and this is a way to celebrate what we have created so far. Stay tuned for the continuation.

Tomorrow at 4pm we are releasing the booking for our Petri Pumpa dinner. Thomas Drejing, Olle Sundström and Petter are cooking. Mischa Billing is selecting and pouring the wines. 

It is a longer menu focusing on combinations of produce and flavors that were typical at Petri Pumpa. Some of the dishes will be just like they were back then and others will have a new take on them. Seating time is 4,5 hours. 

Price for the menu with wine pairing is 4000 sek
Price for menu and non-alcoholic pairing is 3500 sek

The booking is open!

Join us for lunch as we open next week, offering a lunch menu in two servings.

Upon arrival a small soup and little starter are served alongside our house bread and butter. Then you make your choice of main course from our daily updated list. The price is 275 sek.

A few dishes will be signatures and always on the menu. Like ox tongue grilled on skewers, with lentils from Gotland and pickled vegetables. Also Steak-Frites with Petri herbal butter.

Others will change daily with seasons and inspiration. There will always be a vegetarian main on the menu.

Our aim is to be able to serve this in 45 minutes if so desired. Of course you are also welcome to stay longer, delve into the wine list, order an extra course and find a sweet ending in our dessert menu.

September offer, celebrating a half decade at half price.
 
Last week we had a special offer on our menu, half price for the normal menu no shortcuts taken.

It was such a blast to see all of you here. A normally kind of quiet period turned in to a vibrant service, the stove got flooded with pots and pans and the wines poured like a river through the room. So like to what the original intention was when the restaurant opened in what shortly is to become a half decade ago (celebrating our birthday on September 17th!)

It was so great that we would like to extend the offer to be valid Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of September.

Tortelloni filled with roasted eggplant and pecorino, bathing in a sauce made from fermented vegetable stock, tomatoes and butter. In good company with shiso leaves and fresh almonds.

The photo is part of a new poetic collaboration with that we are diving into.
