Let us introduce our new saké: Tamagawa Omachi Nama Genshu. An unpasteurized and undiluted “3A” saké, bottled straight from the tank with only light charcoal filtration.

The event is getting closer and preparations are in full swing! Doors will open at 17.00 tomorrow 15/5. Tomorrow we will be closed from 15.00 to set up the kitchen and make final preparations. Saturday and Sunday 16/5-17/5 kitchen is open as usual 12-21.
During this event we will only serve the two bowls that Ryuichi Ueno is preparing:
-Jiro style ramen(heavy pork broth, thick chewy noodles, two kinds of pork chashu & vegetables)
-Tsukemen(heavy pork broth, cold thick chewy noodles that you dip in the broth, two kinds of pork chashu and vegetables.
There will be no vegetarian options or changing of toppings during this event but we will still serve our regular side dishes!

We are getting closer to our kitchen take over by Ryuichi Ueno! He will be serving two different ramen:
Jiro style ramen, a heavy pork based bowl with thick chewy noodles, punchy garlic kick, bean sprouts and cabbage.
Tsukemen, cold thick noodles that you dip in a heavy pork broth.
These will be the only ramen options available, no gluten free options or vegetarian options during this event. We will still be serving our side dishes as usual!
Walk in only, no reservations. May 15-17!

New Sake for this weekend‼️‼️Dewazakura Omachi NAMA. Brewed with Omachi rice, giving it that soft, round texture with bright notes of citrus, pineapple, green apple, and a hint of melon. Fresh, slightly creamy, and clean on the finish. Come try it this weekend🔥🔥
