Slow-cooked beef with glass noodles, cucumber, ginger-pickled carrot, red cabbage, pickled red chilli, spring onions, bean sprouts and coriander. Finished with roasted peanuts and our peanut-lime dressing.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this happen, especially our brilliant team from Sweden, who traveled with us to bring our Holy Core to London, and our new UK team for the incredible work leading up to this moment. So proud to have you on this journey with us.

As we grow, so does the way Holy takes shape. Rooted in the same philosophy since 2013, our new home in Canary Wharf introduces a warmer, more refined, and confident expression of Holy Greens.
