From the forests of Huila to the shores of Skärhamn, this Caturra from Sandra and Hector has been a continuous example of excellence from Finca el Porvenir.

Sandra and Hector have been close collaborators and friends with Christian since 2013, and their commitment to Biodynamic values and reverence to the soil shows in the coffees they grow. Their Caturra is always a highlight of their harvest, and this year's harvest is no different.

Expect a juicy cup, which reminds us of passionfruit and papaya with a brown sugar sweetness.

Thank you for an amazing summer!

We've been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from locals, regulars and tourists alike who found their way out to our oasis in Skärhamn this summer! Here's a little collection of snapshots from our space, our new bags, träbåtsfestivalen, and our time in Brussels.

From today, we're reverting to off season hours:

For the first time, we'll be taking a short Summer break, which means we won't be at the roastery from the 14th to the 20th of September. To ensure dispatch before the end of September, we encourage you to place your order latest the 6th of September. Any orders placed after the 9th will be roasted and shipped from the 21st.

We've invited our friends (and fellow Bohuslän patriots) from Järn Järn.com to visit us and hand out taste testers of their products both with, and without coffee.

We've proudly served Järn's mocktails at our coffee bar this summer as a part of our cold beverage service. Their G*n & tonic has been the base of our espresso tonic, and their Paloma has been a thirst quencher on warm days.

Tomorrow, Friday the 7th of August, the Järn team will be with us handing out taste testers of their product lineup. Their canned mocktails are available for purchase, and there are rumours of a 0% ABV Espresso Martini.

Happy August! Late summer is our favourite season at the roastery with the anticipation of many new arrivals.

Our filter flight offering allows you to try three of our current favourites in a rotating range brewed in the x-bloom. This exploration of flavour (recommended to share between 2-3 people) is a fantastic way to differentiate, and discuss flavour between origin, process, and varieties.

Availability and variability is dependent on what we have in stock, and what is well rested.

It's not every day you get to make a delivery by boat, but our friends at Dyrön Södra Dyrön Södra on the island of Dyrön can only be reached by sea. On any normal day, we send their coffee over with the ferry, but the other evening we made the delivery in person.

An incredible location, fantastic food, and the kindest team. Dyrön Södra is a destination, and it's well worth making the trip for a bite to eat, a glass of wine, or simply for the atmosphere of island life.

From one of our favourite washing stations in Ethiopia comes this 2026 crop sourced by our friends at Snap from local farms around the station in Yirgacheffe. Heirloom varieties primarily consisting of Dega and Wolisho merge to bring us this sweet, bright, and delightfully juicy coffee.
