San Antonio Here we come!

At the end of January we will be at the world Chamionship BBQ competition in San Antonio. The Competition in San Antonio has become one of the biggest events in the US and we are thrilled to be invited again.

This is a perfect oppurtunity for us to see if our game plan for The Jack Daniels Invitational in October needs some adjustments!

This weekend me and my friend Eddie went to denmark to compete. Got 1:st place pork and 3:rd olace game. Pork was a nice co lab where I tried some new directions and Eddie made a killer glaze.
