FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBERS

Help us create warm, personal and memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for both senior and junior Front of House team members. A sommelier degree is a big advantage, but attention to detail, positive energy and a genuine desire to learn matter just as much.

Full-time positions, with most of the working week concentrated into three longer days from Thursday to Saturday.

PART-TIME CLEANER

We are looking for a reliable and thorough person to help us take good care of our hotel rooms and create a beautiful, welcoming environment for our guests.

The position is approximately 10–20 hours per week and may potentially be combined with our dishwasher position for someone interested in more hours.

DISHWASHER

The dishwasher is one of the most important people in any restaurant team, and we are looking for someone reliable, energetic and ready to become an essential part of ours.

This is a part-time position of approximately 20–30 hours per week, primarily on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. It may be combined with hours in our hotel cleaning department for a full time position.

A little update about bookings at Knystaforsen 🔥 Our last service in Rydöbruk in 2026 will be November 7th. From November 13th, we’ll move Knystaforsen to Tivoli in Copenhagen for our special winter residency, before returning home again in January.

Our first opening day of 2027 will be January 14th.

Tables for the first months of 2027 will be released on September 1st at 4PM (CET). Sign up for our newsletter if you’d like a reminder when bookings open.

And if you’re planning to visit us before we leave for Copenhagen, there are still a few tables available in 2026 - particularly for groups of 5 or 6.

Some of these larger tables will be released for smaller parties two weeks before the date, so we recommend joining the waiting list directly through our booking system. We’ll let you know if a table becomes available.

We hope to welcome you by the river - either this autumn or when we return in the new year 🍂✨

Friends, as you may or may not know, this winter will be a little different here at Knystaforsen.

From November, we are moving to Copenhagen for a very special residency in the Japanese Pagoda in Tivoli - a magical and theatrical version of Knystaforsen, created especially for this beautiful place The Pagoda in Tivoli Gardens Tivoli

We will be open seven nights a week until Christmas. We’ve just opened up Sundays as well, and there is still availability - link in bio.

After Christmas, we return home to Rydöbruk and reopen Knystaforsen on January 14.

Tables for the first months of 2027 will be released on September 1 at 16:00 (Copenhagen/Stockholm time). We’ll share more information and the booking link in our newsletter, which you can sign up for via the link in our bio.

And while we wait for winter to return, here’s a little glimpse of Knystaforsen last winter - when Rydöbruk was covered in snow and everything around us felt so magical.
