What? Over the last couple of weeks I have had experiences that has made me think about things. I was at and . Meeting people who challenge the norm and think outside the famous box. We also had an election that came to focus mostly on immigration and the "problems" it brings. On how people are not integrating in "our" society. But integration is a two way street, right? Don't we, who are already here, have a role in integration? Are we even integrated ourselves? Am I? Not sure.
So my mind has been racing. What can I do?
Well, I have this space, (and by that I mean actual physical space, not social media) witch could be used for more than serving food.
So let's meet. In person. And talk. About anything and everything. How about Mondays? Six o'clock?
All are welcome. All I want from YOU is your thoughts and ideas.

20m from the restaurant, food is in crazy abundance. Berries are PERFECT right now. Perfect. And there's no one picking them but me. The thought is almost apocalyptic to me. What if everyone was a forager? Would we have the same thoughts about how to feed the world as we do now?

Lovely people! Bookings for the period of July to December are now live on the website (https://www.exploretock.com/taxingekrog)! We are proud to team up with for our new bookingsystem! We are now using the same system as a bunch of high level restos around the world, including ! Note that this is a prepay system, so make sure to read the terms that apply! We hope this will be an easy to understand, easy to use system and that we made everything clear as day. 4 years today! For the first time in these 4 years we are fully booked a month in advance. So be ready when the seats for July-December are released in about a weeks time. We have been working on a prepay system, so you will from July on be paying your food in advance, that will be your confirmation of securing a seat. Make sure to read the terms and conditions and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Lovely people! Seats for the months of July to December will be released on the first week of May. The menu will, from July on, cost 1000kr. We raise the price to be able to do some serious changes to our business, hopefully hiring someone, paying our suppliers a higher price for the world class produce that we get, maybe finally paying ourselves (!), all leading to a better experience for you, our dear guests. With that said, there are still seats left April-June, so hurry up and sn**ch them, they're a bloody steal! www.taxingekrog.se
