I have always been a creative at heart, I am a full time graphic designer who is secretly a home baker. I fell in love with baking at a young age, and have always had a sweet tooth since I can remember! However the 'bakedbyammna' journey started when I tasted the French Macaron, and had an urge to be able ot bake them at home so I could eat them whenever I wanted! I started baking, night and day, before and after work. My husband is a really chill guy, so even when i decided to wake up at 3 am when I figured out what I had done wrong in the batter earlier and wanted to go bake to be able to make it right, he always smiled and said 'as long as I get to taste in the morning', LOL
Once I had perfected the french macaron, I just went on to the next big thing, then the next, then the next, and some how started getting orders! I guess thats when I decided 'Let's Do This!.. like FOR REAL DO THIS!'
