72-hour fermented sour dough baked fresh in the oven with our falafel dough layered on top, giving it that beautiful light crisp while still staying soft and fluffy inside 😮‍💨

Finished with our creamy signature hummus, crunchy pickles, fresh mint leaves, cherry tomatoes, and drizzled with tahini, olive oil, pomegranate, roasted sesame, and a touch of sumac for that final magic ✨

Speaking of new starts, I've been very busy preparing for the launch of our long-awaited new journey with the first paper-packed Hummus and Baba Ghanouj in Sweden, and the day has come.

We are now live and open for support locally and internationally, and I'm reaching out to you, dearest friends, asking for your great and beyond-appreciated valuable support. I'm sure you've heard me saying it here and there… Hummusson is nothing without our community and our lovely fans.
