We served our classic shoyu along with a little twist of coffee infused flavors. We also tweaked our dashi with some Niboshi, smoked our chasu a little longer and made our first coffee infused shoyu and aroma oils. We hope that you enjoyed the experience (and the infamous viral tiramisu that some of you also had) ✌️

For our upcoming pop-up at we wanted to try something different! We have fermented our own soy sauce with the beans from 1998 ☕️ we will use this for our shoyu ramen which will get pared with a coffee based soda by 👀😮‍💨
