Bjork Husbergets vingård is surrounded by wilderness and wildlife in Härjedalen, Sweden. Clean rivers and mountain air help shape the great taste of Bjork

As spring returns to northern Sweden, now is the time that the Bjork comes back to life. This is when we tap into this rich vein of life that makes the unique taste of Bjork. Cooked over an open log fire the sap becomes ready to be transformed into Bjork. We add only the finest organic ingredients to the 100% sap. Creating what we like to call, the worlds most environmentally friendly alcoholic drink.
