Some cakes are planned down to the tiniest detail and some are made with a little trust, creativity, and a whole lot of love. 🌸🍃🍂

One of my best customers ordered this birthday cake to surprise her office peeps. When I asked if she had a specific design in mind, she simply said, “I’ll leave the design to you.” 🥹

All she knew was that she wanted a vanilla cake with raspberry compote. And since I’ve been dreaming of making a beautiful floral cake for the longest time, I thought why not go a little extra? ✨

So, I turned her birthday cake into this colourful rainbow floral dream — something I had been waiting for the perfect opportunity to create. 🌈🌷🌸🍂🍃

There’s something so special about customers who trust you enough to let you create freely. And honestly, this one was such a joy to make. 💕

Vanilla + raspberry compote + colourful florals = a cake made with a little bit of everything I love. 🎂✨

We made this indulgent chocolate biscuit pudding with layers of buttery Marie biscuits, soft and fluffy whipped cream, and silky-smooth chocolate ganache, creating the perfect combination of textures and rich chocolatey goodness in every spoonful. 🍫🤎

To finish it off, we added chocolate chips for a little extra bite, a delicate dusting of cocoa powder, and the prettiest touch of gold foil for that hint of elegance and luxury. ✨

Made with love, layered with care, and finished with all the little details that make a homemade dessert feel extra special. Because sometimes, the simplest ingredients come together to create something truly irresistible. 🤎🍫✨

Made with love for a fabulous 50th — fluffy vanilla sponge, silky vanilla custard & homemade strawberry coulis, layered into one seriously delicious celebration! 🍓🤍

And then came the best part… cutting the cake, watching everyone dig in, and hearing those “OMG, this is so good!” compliments! 😍🙌
