The Coffee Room is a project of Brewers Beer Bar in close association with Kafferostare Per Nordby and CoffeePav. As funny as it might sound the Beer Geeks behind Brewers have been enjoying Per Nordbys coffee from the day we started Brewers two years ago. We have featured his beans in our coffee stouts at All In Brewing. Per has been a familiar face at The All In Beer Festival, pe
rsonaly Brewing his unique roasts to the Beer enthusiasts. When Per heard we were thinking about opening a cafe he said, "Great I have just the guy for you." CoffeePav, the new guy on the Gothenburg coffee scene. Pav had just started working with Per at the roastery and Elin at Kale'i. So we all started talking and as soon after that the idea of The Coffee Room emerged. We love Pers coffee and without Per there would be no The Coffee Room. But there is so much good coffee being roasted these days. Our ambition is to bring coffee from interesting "micro-roasteries" to the Gothenburg coffee scene. Both for retail and to serve at The Coffee Room. We are talking with roasters all over Europe and we have already booked Drop Coffee, La cabra and Copenhagen Coffee Lab to be featured on the opening coffee menu. The Coffee Room is soon to be opening on Tredje Långgatan and we, Coffee Pav & The Crew from Brewers sincerely welcome you.
