The entrance and staircase at Villa Havet.

From the moment you enter, the staircase sets the tone for the house. Developed by architect Albert Svensson with careful attention to proportions, sightlines and the movement between floors.

From there, we worked with materials, colours and details to build on the architecture and create a natural transition into the rest of the home.

Villa Havet, a house that belongs on Marstrand.

There are projects that stay with you, and Villa Havet is one of them.

Set in an extraordinary location on Marstrand, the house feels entirely at home in its surroundings, as though it has always belonged here. A project where no detail was overlooked, from the architecture itself to the smallest elements within.

Working alongside architect Albert Svensson, whose incredible attention to detail and beautifully considered drawings shaped the architecture of the house, our work continued from the outside in. We rethought and refined the interior layout, optimising the spaces, proportions and flow to make the very most of the house and the way it is lived in.

Over nearly two years, architecture and interiors were developed alongside one another through drawings, materials, colours and countless details.

An extraordinary place, a truly special house, and a project where every detail mattered.

Another glimpse into Project E. We’ve already shared a few spaces from this home, and today we’re taking a closer look at the upstairs bathroom. One of the more compact spaces in the house, where thoughtful planning allowed us to incorporate a generous vanity, smart storage, a bathtub, and a separate shower, without compromising the feeling of space.

The best kitchens don’t announce themselves. They become part of the architecture.

Designed as a carefully considered composition, every element has its place. A display cabinet anchors the room, a generous island draws people together, a wall of tall cabinetry provides discreet storage, and open shelving introduces rhythm and openness.

Nothing competes for attention. Instead, each element contributes to a kitchen that feels calm, balanced and as though it has always belonged to the house.
