Just as Panos brought you swimwear with heart, he now brings you food with the same motivation, the same stirring, in his soul. His touch extends to the décor, some items of which he has made and painted himself. This is an expression of Panos and of Greece itself.

Some evenings remind you why you once opened a restaurant.

Last night we had a wonderful group of guests from Japan discovering Greek food, sharing dishes, laughing, talking and enjoying the evening together.

The atmosphere around the table was extraordinary.

And for me personally, it became one of those rare evenings when I simply stopped thinking about everything that comes with running a restaurant — and just felt happy to be there.

This is what Greek hospitality is really about.

Food. People. Laughter. Togetherness.
