Fjällpuben Fjällpuben drivs idag utav Anette och Glenn Söderberg! Varmt välkomna! FJÄLLPUBEN ligger ett stenkast från Åre torg – mitt i byn.

Hit vill vi att man kommer för att ha mysigt. Vi vill erbjuda våra gäster god mat med tydliga influenser från Jämtland och resten av Norrland. Vad sägs om “Älgcarpaccio med enbärsmajonnäs, syrad lök och fjällbjörksolja”, klassikern “Fjällröding på jämtvis med citrongurka och pressad potatis” och favoriten “Hjotron med gräddfilspudding, sorbet och rågmüsli”. Miljön är inspirerad av “mormors lantkök

” med bonader, kuddar och kökspryttlar i en salig röra. Vi vill att man ska känna sig hemma och slappna av och kunna njuta av sällskapet, servicen och maten. Och komma tillbaka igen och igen. Fjällpuben ägs av Markus Aujalay och Erika Michael som också äger och driver Winterviken - Festvåning - Café - Konferens i Gröndal söder om Stockholm och Restaurang Tegelbacken mitt i centrala Stockholm.

Now that the winter 25/26 is over we just want to say a big thankyou to all of our guests who came and visited us this season, it has been incredible!

But of course we say a massive thankyou to the staff who work so hard to make seasons like this come together, the true core of any restaurant.

Fjällpuben has been awarded with two forks with an amazing 85 points voted by Falstaff!

Wow what an incredible achievement, we are so honoured to share this and a massive thankyou to all of our guests, friends & family and of course our staff who work so hard and make things like this possible.
