Tucked away down a little alley, this hidden gem is one of the West End’s friendliest LGBTQ+ venues. Occupying a site which has been a pub since the 17th century, Retro Bar has been a secret haven for the eccentric and the alternative LGBTQIA+ crowd since the 90s. Famous for our Insta-friendly rock ’n’ roll ‘gallery’ walls and eclectic jukebox, covering everything from 60's soul, garage and girl groups, to classic 70's from rock, punk rock to disco, into new wave & 80's electronic, 90's indie and 00's electroclash. A welcoming space for those who feel that they don’t quite fit in anywhere else.
