It was an honour to host an Indian Vegetarian Culinary Masterclass in collaboration with the , bringing together local chefs to discover new flavours, techniques and culinary traditions 🇮🇳🇸🇨

Inspired by the growing Indian market visiting our shores and their desire to enjoy familiar flavours while travelling, this masterclass was an opportunity to learn, exchange knowledge and explore how authentic Indian cuisine can be created using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Because great hospitality is about listening to our guests, learning from one another and continually finding new ways to make every experience feel like home.
