Sa cuisine est une cuisine gastronomique française, complétée par une touche orientale. Sa touche personnelle : « Je peux travailler sur un plat pendant des semaines jusqu’à trouver le petit détail qui fera la différence. Et si j’étais mon propre chef, j’introduirais des fleurs dans chacun de mes plats.»
