Maharaja East by Vineet, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is the latest addition to the thrice-starred Michelin chef, Vineet Bhatia’s growing list of gourmet Indian restaurants. It is the second companion-restaurant to Maharaja by Vineet, the famous chef’s landmark property in Al Khobar. ast by Vineet features a dramatic atrium, family dining area, private dining rooms, tandoori kitchen, boardroom and open terraces that seat up to a total of 142 guests. The dishes are masterful combinations of complex flavours, seasonings and textures from traditional times in India, but treated in a lighter, fresher manner. They are reinvented using new techniques and combinations, to provide a spectacularly unique fine dining experience.
