one of our favorite dishes to make is the classic Palestinian ورق عنب or stuffed vine leaves.

This dish is a staple in every Palestinian home and takes hours of patience and love, from rolling each vine leaf to layering the tomatoes, onions and meat to slow cooking the dish for several hours over a low fire. this dish can vary greatly even from one village to the next — ours is doused in a lemon-based sauce for that extra citrusy goodness 🍋
