Our cuisine has always been renowned, envied, and copied everywhere. Everything has been copied in every part of the world: imagination, design, ideas, recipes, techniques, because I see foreign people from Italy working without any technique or knowledge. Our food culture has always been envied all over the world. We always work with non-European people, and I personally see a lack of dedication to food, and I never see any preservation of taste. We have COPIES of our cuisine, biscuits, and pastries made badly in every part of the world, and never as perfect and cared for as our art as food. I am proud that we have achieved this result. And I am happy that they copy us everywhere, because from here I see how much unprofessionalism exists. Welcome to UNESCO ITALY. La nostra cucina e’ sempre stata rinomata invidiata e copiata ovunque , in ogni parte del mondo sono stato hanno copiato qualsiasi cosa ; fantasia , Design, Idee, ricette, tecniche, perché vedo lavorare gente estranea dall’Italia senza nessuna tecnica e conoscenza.
