We had a great meeting with our architect today, going through every detail of the Site Plan with a fine tooth comb, so he can finish it and it will be perfect. ✍🏽

Be sure to have some nasturtiums in your garden! They also help to keep some unwanted insects away from other plants.

AND THE BEAT GOES ON.....

Patience is the key nowadays, as we wait on our land title. Meanwhile the site plan is still in the works, but nearing completion. Our goal is to have both the title deed and the finished site plan by the end of this month. We're trying hard and hope we make it.

By the time the site plan is finished, the rainy season should be starting as well. So then we will be able to start with planting the living fence around the perimeter, while we work on getting the building permits. It will feel good to finally be making a start. There is always a lot to do before actually breaking ground, but we are so much looking forward to bringing the dream to life.

The beans and potatoes which the sellers needed to harvest on one of the two plots are all gone now, and it's easier to see the size of that plot, visually. The photo below shows that plot as it is now, all clear. Stay tuned, we will keep y'all posted as we go along!
