There’s a reason we love a virgin sauce.

It’s simple, but it has a lot going on. Sweetness from the tomatoes + saltiness from the olives and capers + freshness from the herbs, all brought together witholive oil .

No heavy sauce but a very flavorful one, perfect with the roasted nile perch : a hot pan and a sauce that tastes like summer !
