Quality You Can Trust 🍯🔬

Real honey quality should never be judged by a home test, appearance, taste, or whether it crystallizes. At Sheila’s Honey, we believe quality assurance must be backed by science.

Our honey is tested by a national laboratory, where important quality and safety parameters are scientifically examined to confirm that the honey meets the required standards.

And yes—pure honey can crystallize! 🍯❄️ Crystallization does not automatically mean that honey is spoiled, fake, or adulterated. It is a natural process influenced by the honey’s floral source, glucose-to-fructose ratio, moisture content, storage temperature, and the environment in which it is kept.

Changes in humidity, climate, temperature and altitude can also affect how quickly honey crystallizes in different locations. Poor storage conditions—especially exposure to moisture, temperature fluctuations, or unsuitable environments—can further influence the honey’s condition.

So, before judging honey by its appearance, test it scientifically. 🔬

Bees are among the most important living creatures on Earth. Without bees, life, food systems, and biodiversity would be greatly affected. Here are some of the key reasons why bees matter to the world:

🐝 1. Bees pollinate our food
Bees help pollinate over one-third of the food we eat, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, coffee, and seeds. Without bees, many crops would disappear or become very expensive.

🌍 2. Bees protect biodiversity
By pollinating plants, bees help forests, gardens, and ecosystems grow and reproduce. This supports wildlife, clean air, and a healthy planet.

🌱 3. Bees support farmers and livelihoods
Millions of farmers and rural families depend on bees for agriculture and income generation through honey, beeswax, and crop production.

🍯 4. Bees produce natural health products
Honey, propolis, royal jelly, and beeswax are valuable natural products used for nutrition, medicine, skincare, and healing.
