WHAT TO EXPECT?
even though the color is incredibly vibrant, ube itself (especially in drinks) has a very subtle, delicate flavor. That’s exactly why we paired it with our vanilla syrup to bring this recipe to life.

this drink is perfect if you’re looking for something soft, sweet, and caffeine-free. However, if you’re expecting an intense, mind-blowing burst of unfamiliar flavors, this might NOT be your thing.
(we’d highly recommend trying our mocktails instead)
