Tuesday starts sharp and fresh with Tuna Tartare with Wasabi, Sesame and Soy Dressing clean, vibrant and just enough heat to keep lunch awake, paired with Iacob Alb 2025, Davino, by the glass.

Then John Dory with Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes and Coriander delicate, bright and beautifully balanced, alongside Chardonnay 2025, Jermann, by the glass.

After a weekend that seemed to be going one way, Pierre Gasly turned the script upside down from P14 in FP2 and P9 in the final practice to the fastest man in qualifying.

Tomorrow, the Italian Grand Prix goes live in the Casa di David lounge from 16:00.
