Thank you to everyone who joined us over the past three days. It was such a joy for us and our friends from Carastelec Sparkling Winery to see so many of you around our table and share this experience with you.

A special thank you to Alex Petricean, who transformed our kitchen almost overnight, led every service & brought this menu to life. We truly admire the passion, care & attention you pour into every single plate. And to our front-of-house and bar teams .b.a.r, thank you for bringing the same level of care to every guest experience.

A huge thank you to our team for embracing a completely different pace, style of service & way of cooking with such dedication. From brunch to tasting menu, they made it happen.

These three days exceeded every expectation we had and we’re already looking forward to welcoming you back for what’s next.
