Set in the peaceful town of Bernalda, in southern Italy, Palazzo Margherita is a nine-room boutique hotel created by Francis Ford Coppola in his grandfather’s hometown.

Every room and suite has its own personality, inspired by members of the Coppola family, while interiors designed with Jacques Grange preserve original frescoes, handcrafted details and the character of a historic Italian palazzo.

Days unfold between quiet gardens, a secluded pool and the flavours of Basilicata. Evenings are spent in the hotel’s private cinema, where more than 300 Italian films, personally selected by Coppola, celebrate the country’s cinematic heritage.
