Starting April 12th 2011, the Heritage restaurant brings to Romania a new gastronomic project - the flawless cuisine of Juan Amador, 3-star Michelin chef. Under the signature of Juan Amador and his team, the Heritage Restaurant proposes 3 menus for dinner: 1.0, 2.0, 4.2. Each of them combines and recomposes gastronomic areas of reference of the world: traditional Spanish cuisine – savory, full of color and solar flavours, German cuisine – rigorous and wholesome and French cuisine – creative and surprising, considered by Amador as “the mother of all cuisines”. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday.
