Este vremea potrivita sa facem impreuna faimosii papanasi cu dulceata de visine!
Ingrediente:
-500g branza
-300g faina
-200g smantana
-150g dulceata de visine
-30g zahar vanilat
-2 oua
-1 lingurita esenta de portocale
-1 lingurita de bicarbonat
Mod de preparare:
Se amesteca branza cu ouale, zaharul vanilat, esenta de portocale, putina sare si bicarbonatul d**a care se adauga faina treptat si se lasa 10 minute la frigider.
Se formeaza papanasii in putina faina si se prajesc la foc mic in uleiul deja incins.
Se servesc cu smantana si dulceata de visine.
