Burj Al Hamam restaurant, also known as Fawzi, has refined “The Art of Lebanese Cuisine” for over 50 years, satisfying guests with a wide range of Lebanese home cooking and fresh seafood. Fayez (Fawzi) Elias Khoury established Burj Al Hamam in 1958, becoming one of the very best in Lebanon. Today, his sons have carried on the tradition of excellent food, impeccable service and quality control to provide guests with a well-deserved experience in fine dining. At The Pearl-Qatar, the restaurant atmosphere and décor are grand with breathtaking views of the Porto Arabia Marina. The restaurant contains several private dining rooms, enabling guests with special attention, comfort and privacy. Burj Al Hamam’s extensive menu features all of the Levantine culinary staples and specialties one would expect from a Lebanese restaurant. A selection of cold mezze and salads are on offer, such as hummus, tabouli, fattoush and moutabal, and hot mezze, like the delectable kebbeh and fava beans with olive oil and spices. Main courses include grilled lamb, shish taouk and kafta, lobster, shrimp, red mullet and sea bream or pastries, such as halawat el jibn and knafeh.
