It's funny - people crave the comfort of the familiar, but at the same time love a bit of surprise. We like things traditional and reveal, yet we celebrate individuality above all else. We like a dash, a twist of Macaroni, and a spark from the Grill to bring it all together. That's how it all started, and that's how we still do it today. We like the warmth of an open kitchen paired with the elegance of fresh gladiolas. we like white tablecloths- but only if they're topped with butcher paper and served with crayons. We like the sights and sounds of service that's polished, yet personal - all in a sophisticated setting made cozy by simple string lights. But most of all, we love food. Because Romano's Macaroni Grill, that's where all these wonderful ideas combine to make something truly special. It's the very best of traditional Italian sprinkled with fresh new thinking. It's chef who love the classics, yet are inspired to create new masterpieces of their own. Familiar, yet unexpected. Timeless flavors that get better every time. It's this happy marriage of opposites that makes us who we are. A spark. It's what makes life interesting. International Food Concepts holds exclusive franchise rights to operate Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
