• Traditional Cozonac — soft, rich, and nostalgic. The taste of Romanian childhood, with that perfect swirl and homemade soul.
• Chocolate Walnut Babka — soaked in fresh orange syrup, filled with Belgian chocolate and toasted walnuts. Moist, fragrant, irresistible.

Sweet moments, layered with care.
This week, I’ve been doing what I love most — blending textures, building flavors, and giving each dessert its own quiet story.

There’s something special about small sweets: little bites of joy that make a coffee moment brighter, a dinner table warmer, or a quiet day feel just a little more comforting.

Here’s what came out of the oven and mixer this week:

🥞Medovik – soft honey layers, mellow and nostalgic, with a tangy sour cream filling
🥧Blueberry Cheesecake – light and creamy, with a crunchy base and a gentle heart of fruit
🍰Pasion Praline – Belgian milk chocolate mousse with almond sponge, praline crunch, and a surprise of passion fruit
🍰Coconut Madness – coconut mousse, toasted hazelnuts, and a tropical, nutty crunch
🍰Dark Strawberry – deep dark chocolate mousse with fresh strawberry insert
🍰Pistachio Kunefe – inspired by a Dubai favorite, with golden crisp layers and a heart of pistachio

Each one is made slowly, with real ingredients and no shortcuts.

They come as monoportions, perfect to mix in a box — or, for special tables and quiet celebrations, they can be turned into full cakes.
