Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bike Mechanic at Swift Delivery in Doha, Qatar. The Bike Mechanic will be responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles, ensuring they are in proper working condition. They will also handle communication with customers regarding bike repairs and provide excellent customer service in person.

Qualifications:

- Motorbike and Bike Repair skills
- Experience in repairing and maintaining motorbike
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with bike delivery services is a plus
- Knowledge of bike parts and accessories
