Nakaka-sad naman kapag ganito. 😔

Yung order ng customer sa ibang restaurant, sa amin na-refund. 🤦🏻‍♀️

At ang mas nakakalungkot, declined ang appeal dahil system generated daw yun. Parang walang kalaban-laban ang merchant kapag ang pinanghahawakan ay mga “system-generated” na linya ng online ordering app.

Sana naman may mas maayos at patas na proseso para marinig din ang side ng merchant bago magdesisyon sa refund. 🙏🏻
