We're Hiring – Front of House Manager Three Little Birds | Sagres, Portugal
We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in beautiful Sagres.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a life in one of Portugal's most unique coastal towns while enjoying a stable, well-paid, long-term position.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience managing busy restaurants.
• Has experience in team management and development
• Speaks fluent English (Portuguese is a big advantage)
• Is passionate about great service, efficient workflow and team effort
• Is a natural leader who motivates and supports their team
• Wants to settle in Sagres and become part of our project for the long term
• Wants to be an active part of the team with a hands-on mentality and the approach to lead by example.
The Ideal FoH manager in by our understanding should have an intrinsic motivation to learn every position in the service area. Seating, Service, Runner, bar and even Dishes to be able to teach new staff and help them to get better. We are NOT looking for someone to walk around, look important and point at stuff
