Food knows when we’re sad.

It knows when we cook in a rush, with anger, on autopilot. And it also knows when we cook with time — when we stop to smell the garlic browning, to feel the texture of the dough between our fingers.

For years, cooking has been my place of therapy. Not because it looks pretty in a photo, but because it forces me to be present.

Food doesn’t forgive distraction.

In October I’m going to bring this idea together with Sintra and share with you what I’ve learned on this path — 4 days with yoga, with earth, with time to cook slowly and feel what that awakens.

Adventure to try it…

They say working with friends it’s hard! I say working without them it’s harder, and I’m so fortunate to be able to work with two of my greatest friends.
Thank you girls for turning each week of retreat special, to always make me laugh on the set. To help me and witness my spirit fulfilling its purpose in life.
From helping in the dishes, cutting vegetables and turning the kitchen into this bubble of love that can be felt by everyone in the food we make together.
I’ll say that I’ve been living my best life and I’m not lying. 🥹✨🥰
