We introduce this Dongpo Pork (Braised Pork Belly) to our returned customers, they enjoy it so much.
This meat takes long time to stew until the fat and skin becomes soft and melted. Its color is like amber, it is rich but not greasy, and it melts in your mouth.
Usually serve in winter because it’s higher in protein with thicker sauce.

Let’s see what to prepare next time to surprise our customers. ☺️
