A pot that sings of memories, a sauce that carries generations, and pasta that feels like a warm embrace.

Our Le Paste al Ragù is born from time, care, and the Italian tradition of slow cooking. Every strand of pasta meets a rich, deeply flavoured ragù, prepared with the patience of an Italian home kitchen — where cooking is an act of love and sharing.

A little piece of Italy in the heart of Porto.

Come and experience it with us, where every dish tells a story, every flavour becomes a memory, and every table is an invitation to stay a little longer.

From the first touch to the final presentation, every dish at Incontro Bistrot is created with passion, precision and respect for Italian tradition.

Beautiful to look at.
Rich in flavour.
Made to be remembered.

Because the true art of cooking is not only in how it is prepared, but in what it creates when it reaches the table. 🇮🇹

✨ Preparation is an art.

At Incontro Bistrot, every detail begins long before the dish reaches the table.

The selection of ingredients, the care in preparation, the precision of every step and the respect for Italian tradition are all part of an experience meant to be felt in every bite.

Because for us, cooking is more than preparing a meal.
It is transforming care, technique and passion into moments to be shared. 🇮🇹
