We were challenged by a client to build a Royal Enfield Bear 650 — and we knew straight away we wanted to take it somewhere different.

The idea was to give the Bear a more classic character, bringing out the aluminium and chrome, while pushing it further into true Scrambler territory. At the same time, we wanted the build to pay tribute to a brand we hugely admire: Malle London.

So we stripped it back and rebuilt it the UNIK way.

Polished aluminium, chrome details, high-level exhausts, off-road tyres and dozens of small details that completely change the attitude of the bike. Nothing was added without a reason.

Classic. Rugged. Elegant. And unmistakably UNIK.

The coolest custom motorcycles are often born from the most exciting challenges.

This time, we were challenged to build a Royal Enfield Bear 650 inspired by an British lifestyle brand. It’s a path we’ve explored before with our Barbour International and Deus Ex Machina-inspired builds, but every project brings a new opportunity to create something truly unique.

The result is a Bear 650 with a stronger scrambler attitude, ready for adventure while standing out wherever it goes.

And this time, there’s something different: this bike won’t remain just a showcase build. It will be available for sale at Apparel, Lifestyle & Motorcycles , brand new!

We won’t even try to hide it… we absolutely love working on Triumph Bonneville projects.

We know these bikes inside out, and it’s always an honour to be invited to collaborate on builds like this.

This Triumph T120 turned out absolutely stunning—aggressive, yet subtle and elegant at the same time. Every modification was carefully chosen to enhance its character without losing the timeless DNA of the Bonneville.

The valved exhaust, which transforms the soundtrack at the touch of a button, perfectly highlights its rebellious soul. Together with a series of subtle upgrades, it makes this T120 truly UNIK—exactly the way we like it.
And don’t forget the stuning paint job 👌

Unik Motorcycles stripped a 2014 Triumph Scrambler to bare metal and rebuilt it around Barbour's heritage aesthetic. Hand-fabricated stainless exhaust, Pirelli Rally tires, gold and silver accents. One question: does the finished bike actually pull it off?

We’re proud to announce that we are finalists in the Busted Knuckles Build Off, sponsored by Royal Enfield.

Dozens of dealers were invited to create and customise a Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, and we’re honoured that our build has been selected for the final.

The winner will be revealed this Sunday at Bike Shed Moto Show in London.

ROYAL TRIBUTE will be debuting at the Bike Shed London Show, set to be unveiled during Friday 22nd May’s Press
Preview as the Portuguese entry into Royal Enfield’s Busted Knuckle’s Build Off. Over the course of the weekend at
the show, the public will vote for their favorite bike, which will influence a panel of judges critiquing the bike against a
clear set of criteria, including fabrication, design, complexity, detailing, functionality and colour & finish. Can our garage clinch the title of Europe’s premier custom building Royal Enfield dealer, at the 2026 Busted Knuckles Build Off?
