🌶️ A Taste of Kerala, Shared Between Chefs 👨‍🍳❤️

It was a pleasure to have Chef Jomon with us at Kerala Restaurant, Lisbon, and even more special to see him taste one of our most distinctive dishes — Lamb Ambotik. 🌶️🐑

Ambotik is a beautiful expression of Kerala Restaurant’s bold flavours, bringing together a perfect balance of spice, tanginess, and depth. A dish that truly represents the character of our cuisine.

And to finish, Chef Jomon enjoyed one of our best-selling desserts — Rose Petal Ice Cream 🌹🍨 — a delicate and refreshing ending to a journey through Kerala flavours.

Food has a beautiful way of connecting people, especially when two chefs share the same passion and roots. ❤️
