This gorgeous tunnel from 1740 that served as the royal horses path going to the Royal Palácio das Necessidades is now the house of craft beer and a delightful restaurant. Welcome to try the NY Deli sandwiches and many more starters. A lot of history linked to good moments, soccer games and many good beers produced in Portugal.

Our International awarded B**r is Back. Gold Medal in the renowned Lyon International Contest 2025. Best sour (gold medal) and Best b**r from Portugal in the competition. Every year Adam Heller, the Brewer, peels the most delicious Portuguese peaches and add to a 1 year barrel aged sour base. Acid, salty and definitely Peachy 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍻

Our Holidays in Gerês were completed by a journey with PewPew. We rescued her in front of Quimera. Vulnerable bird fell from the nest too soon and in danger. We decided to help her against the wild cats and brought her home (hidden from our 3 cats 😅). For 2 weeks we fed her and guided her to fly and eat by herself. Then brought her to Gerês, the national park north of Portugal. So here we stayed for 5 days with her constant visit and her affection for our cat behind the door. 🤭Then the in last days nature took her in its arms and she is free flying in this paradise. Bye Quimera babe! Fly Quimera babe! We wish you a long and fun life and many Pewpews to come... We will miss you. Mission accomplished 😌. Adam, Raquel and Matteo.

For 4 years we exchanged emotions and HARD work. We mixed it all and made a cocktail of appreciation, poetry and hard love in our Quimera family. Our beloved Paddy is in USA now to show them how it is made! Quimera is flying without one wing now. Send your good luck to our PADDY. 🥰
