From our organic olive orchard in Herdade da Malhada Velha to our shared table at RUMI Lisboa.

Harvesting our own olives and pressing our own organic olive oil is a dream. It’s also a quiet act of preservation, memory, and resistance. A way of holding onto where we come from, and sharing it with you.

The last few bottles of our 2025 harvest are in stock at RUMI Lisboa. 🧿
